Delhi Government puts an hold on Two Finger Test on Rape Victims after facing flaks
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had issued a notice, according to which this test cannot be completely banned as it may be needed in some cases.
"In May 2013, The Supreme Court of India held that the two-finger test on a rape victim violates her right to privacy, and asked the government to provide better medical procedures to confirm sexual assault."
